    You’re now leading an entire Bamboo Sushi location, making strategic decisions to meet the service, financial and marketing goals for your restaurant. This role reports directly the Director of Operations for your region. This role goes way beyond just being a restaurant manager - you’re driving the culture and success of the entire team.

Bamboo Sushi, Kitchen

Guide the culinary execution of our kitchen menu focused on a mix of innovative dishes inspired by traditional Japanese flavors.

  • Team Member

    Your entry point into Bamboo Sushi, Team Members such as dishwashers and prep, saute & tempura cooks help ensure the success of our menu delivery.

  • Trainer

    As we grow and evolve, we take the best of our Sushi Bar team members and certify them to become trainers to teach and lead others.

  • Kitchen Shift Leader

    After being certified in all roles at the restaurant level, the shift leader directly supports the Chef de Cuisine in executing on the quality of our menu.

  • Sushi Certification

    After mastering Kitchen operations, those team members that desire growth, move into the Sushi Bar to get fully immersed in the culinary art of sushi.

  • Sushi Shift Leader

    Just like with Kitchen Shift Leader, you can grow further but leading the Sushi team during service.

  • Chef de Cuisine

    After 3-12 months of being certified in the Kitchen and Sushi Shift Leader positions, you now take a greater role at the restaurant level, responsible for hiring, profitability and the success of our guest experience.

  • Restaurant Leader

    You’re now leading an entire Bamboo Sushi location, making strategic decisions to meet the service, financial and marketing goals for your restaurant. This role reports directly the Director of Operations for your region. This role goes way beyond just being a restaurant manager - you’re driving the culture and success of the entire team.

Combine the culinary art of sushi with a focus on service by showcasing your talent directly in front of our guests.

  • Sushi Roll Case

    Your entry point into Bamboo Sushi, working the Sushi Roll Case allows you a ton of exposure into the art of sushi and how we do it differently.

  • Trainer

    As we grow and evolve, we take the best of our Sushi Bar team members and certify them to become trainers to teach and lead others.

  • Sushi Shift Leader

    After being certified in all roles at the restaurant level, the shift leader directly supports the Chef de Cuisine in executing on the quality of our menu.

  • Kitchen Certification

Become a part of our growing fast casual brand focused on bringing sustainable seafood to everyone.

    Your entry point into QuickFish, Team Members such as Counter and Prep drive the guest experience in a high-tough, high-energy environment.

    As we grow and evolve, we take the best of our team members and certify them to become trainers to teach and lead others.

  • Shift Leader

    After being certified in all roles at the restaurant level, the shift leader directly supports the restaurant’s leadership team.

  • Restaurant Leader

    You’re now leading an entire QuickFish location, making strategic decisions to meet the service, financial and marketing goals for your restaurant. This role reports directly the Regional Leader. This role goes way beyond just being a restaurant manager - you’re driving the culture and success of the entire team.

  • Regional Leader

    You’re leading 2-5 locations in your area, making high level decisions on increasing market share and affecting real change in your community.
